2.7.2 Wireless
Configurations
The wireless parameters need to be configured for the Root Bridge device to communicate with other
airHaul
2
Nexus PRO Remotes.
Follow the steps below to change the Root Bridge Wireless Configurations:
1. From
the
Summary Information page, click on the Wireless IP Configuration link of the
Radio that needs to be configured as Root Bridge, or go to menu bar and from the Radio
dropdown menu select the particular radio that needs to be configured with the wireless
settings in the Root Bridge Mode.
2. The
Radio Configuration page will appear. Click on the Wireless Settings link.
3. Enter
the
SSID of the unit and select whether the SSID Broadcast has to Enabled/Disabled.
4. Select the Domain and the Channel.
5. Select the Transmit power of the radio from Dial-a-Power dropdown menu.
6. Select the gain of the antenna from the dropdown menu according to the gain of the antenna
being used with the equipment.
7. Enter the RF cable loss based on the cable specifications.
8. Click on the Apply Changes button to change the settings.
