4 Clean the frying basket and cooking pot with hot water,
a small amount of dishwashing liquid and a non-abrasive
sponge or cleaning pad.
5 Never immerse the body of the unit in water. Wipe the inside
of the lid and outer housing with a clean, damp cloth.
6 Dry the unit thoroughly before using. Set the basket aside.
DO NOT yet place the basket into the fryer.
