Press the MODE button repeatedly until the time zone appears.

Press the MODE button and hold it down (for 1 second or longer)
to enable setting of the time zone.
The hour difference display flashes.

Press the + button to set the time zone, and press the MODE
button.
The display stops flashing and shows the new set time zone.
