Information on the alarm
When the set date and time are
reached there is an audio and a visu-
al alarm. If an alarm is missed it ap-
pears in the list of missed appoint-
ments (p. 104).

Tasks
A task is displayed like an appoint-
ment in the agenda of the selected
day. However, unlike an appoint-
ment it does not require a time.
When no time is entered the task ap-
pears at the top of the list every day
until it is marked as completed.
The entries are made in the same
way as
Appointments
(see “Appoint-
ments”). Then:

Appointment
An alarm sounds even when the phone is
switched off (except in aircraft mode,
page 77). The phone does not go to stand-
by mode. Press any button to switch the
alarm off.
