Music Player
You can listen to your favorite music on your phone using
the music player. The music player supports the following
file formats: mp3, 3gp, mp4, aac, ogg, and wma.
•
You can also play music files in the following formats if you open
them from My Files, multimedia messages, or in the web
browser: amr, wav, mid, xmf, mxmf, rtttl, imy, rtx, and ota.
Tip:
Some file formats are not supported depending on the software of
the phone.
Tip:
If the file size exceeds the available memory an error can occur
when you open files.
Tip:
Samsung is not responsible for any use of default music files
provided on your phone.
To add music files to your phone:
Start by transferring files to your phone or memory card:

Download from the wireless web. For more information, refer to
“Download files from the web” on page 38.

Download from a PC with the optional Samsung Kies. For more
information, refer to “To connect with Samsung Kies:” on
page 92.
•
Receive via Bluetooth. For more information, refer to “Bluetooth”

Copy to your memory card. For more information, refer to “To
connect as a mass storage device:” on page 93.
•
Synchronize with Windows Media Player 11. For more
