Troubleshooting
THERMOSTAT AND GAS SUPPLY CHECK
Is thermostat calling for heat?
Run (hot) water from heater and
turn adjustment knob higher.
Check using a manometer at
thermostat pressure tap.
Is there a minimum gas pressure
4 ″ W.C. for natural gas or 10″
W.C. for propane (L.P.) gas?
GO TO ELECTRICAL SYSTEM
CHECK SECTION
Turn “ON” gas supply.
Turn gas cock knob to “ON”.
Call gas company to increase
gas pressure.
