4.4 CONNECTION OF GPS WITH NMEA OUTPUT
Additional Information:
•
The GPS must have the NMEA Output turned on and set to 4800 Baud
in the setup menu. If there is a selection for parity select none.
• For further information on interfacing /setting up your GPS. Please con-
tact the manufacturer of the GPS receiver.
• MATRIX can read NMEA-0183 version 2.0 or higher.
• The NMEA supported sentences are:
• GLL, GGA, RMC and GNS (RMC sentence is recommended)
