FM Presets Button
If you are using a wireless connection between your SIRIUS SP5 and your vehicle’s
audio system (see page 43), you can easily select between the five different FM
transmitter preset frequencies by pressing the FM Presets/M
ENU
button (or pressing the
FM Presets button on the remote).
Press the FM Presets/M
ENU
button (on the remote, press the FM Transmitter
button). The currently-stored FM preset will appear (see Figure 77). The SP5’s FM
transmitter ‘broadcasts’ on the FM frequency shown.
To switch the SP5’s FM transmitter to the next stored FM preset, press the FM Presets/
M
ENU
button again (on the remote, press the FM Presets button again). The SP5’s FM
transmitter now broadcasts on this FM Preset 2’s frequency (see Figure 78). Each
press of the FM Presets/M
ENU
button (or each press of the FM Presets button on
the remote) will change to the next FM Preset. (Pressing the FM Presets/M
ENU
but-
ton while FM Preset 5 is active will change back to FM Preset 1.)
