4 To move contacts, tap Menu > Move > a move option.
5 Tap the check boxes next to the contacts that you want to
copy or move.

Tap Done.
Organise your contacts into categories
1 Tap Start.
2 On the Productivity screen, tap Phonebook.
3 Tap a contact in the device’s memory.

Tap Edit.
5 Scroll down and tap the categories field.
6 Tap the check boxes next to the desired categories.
7 Tap Done.
8 Tap Done to save the contact card.
