Problem Causes and Suggestions
When properly installed, the Sprint PCS Connection Card
TM
is a
highly reliable product. Most problems are caused by one of
these issues:
ⅷ
The wrong driver has been installed.
ⅷ
System resources required by the card are being used by
other devices.
ⅷ
Network coverage is not available (either because you are
outside the Nationwide Sprint PCS Network or because of
an account or network problem).
This section describes how to diagnose and solve these and
other problems. If, after reading this section, you are unable to
resolve a problem, please visit www.sprint.com or contact
Sprint Customer Service at 1-888-211-4PCS (4727).
Error: Searching for Sprint PCS Connection Card...
The Sprint PCS Connection Manager

Software interface
displays this message: “Searching for Sprint PCS
Connection Card...”
Possible Causes
a. The card is not completely inserted
into the PC Card slot.
b. The wrong driver is installed for
the card.
c. There is a resource conflict.
Suggestions
a. Eject and reinsert the card.
