IrDA and Bluetooth can be used to

synchronize organizer information

with a PC. They can also be used as

the connection for the phone to act

like a modem.
Information received from IrDA or

Bluetooth is temporarily stored in

the Data Object folder.

IrDA

Your phone has an infrared inter-

face. You can use this to exchange

data (Address book entries, business

card, SMS, organizer entries) with

other devices that are also equipped

with an infrared interface.
The infrared interface is on the left

side of the phone. The distance be-

tween both devices must not exceed

30 cm. The infrared window of each

of the two devices should be placed

as close to one another as possible.

Activate/deactivate IrDA.

Bluetooth™ name, and manage the

list of known Bluetooth™ devices.

tablish a Bluetooth™ connection be-

tween your mobile phone and other

Bluetooth™ devices.
