2 Verify the following using the
output of the test print.
• There are no chipped characters.
• Printing condition is good.
In test printing, the estimated

5. Turning the Power On
When the preparation steps are complete, turn the power on or off.

When pressing the FEED button
and holding down the POWR
button simultaneously, the printer
enters the test mode. Press the
FEED button again to start test
printing.
Power ON
1 Hold down the POWER button
until the STATUS LED lights
green. Then release the POWER
button.
Power OFF
2 Hold down the POWER button
again, until the STATUS LED
turns off. Then release the
POWER button.
