Using the Phone Lookup option
The Phone Lookup option lets you find a telephone number from the
Address list screen and lets you add the information that appears in
this list to a record. For example, you can add a telephone number
from the Address list to an entry in Memo Pad.

Display the record in which you want to insert a phone
number.
The record can be in Date Book, To Do List, or Memo Pad.

Tap the Menu icon.
The menu of the application appears.

Tap Options and then Phone Lookup.
The Lookup screen appears.

Tap the phone number you want to add.
Tip
To quickly find a phone number, Enter the first few letters of the name you
want to find in the Look Up field in the lower screen.
