I cannot cancel a HotSync operation midway.
, You may not be able to cancel a job a few seconds after you start a
HotSync operation via a USB connection. Wait for a while and try
again.
I cannot backup some data with a HotSync operation.
, Some data is designed not to be backed up by a HotSync operation.
When I tap the HotSync
icon on the HotSync screen,
nothing happens on the Palm Desktop for CLIÉ software and
my CLIÉ handheld times out.
, Check the Palm Desktop for CLIÉ software HotSync Setup options to
confirm that you have the correct settings for local HotSync
operations.
, Make a copy of your Palm folder. Uninstall, and then reinstall the
Palm Desktop for CLIÉ software.
, Turn on your CLIÉ handheld and then tap the Home
icon. Tap
the HotSync
icon, then tap Local.
When I perform a HotSync operation, my information does
not transfer to the Palm Desktop for CLIÉ software.
