To cancel the adjustment, set the number shown on the
display to “0.”
Applying an echo to your voice
During Karaoke Play...
• As the number increases, echo level also increases.
Singing Along Using Stereo Discs
—Vocal Masking
You can enjoy singing along while playing a stereo disc.
Vocal Masking reduces the lead vocal of a disc.
• You can use this function only with DVD/CD sources.
• When playing a Karaoke disc in Vocal Masking Mode, the
vocal may not be reduced or the volume may be lower.
• By pressing REC START/STOP, you can record your
singing-along.

Turn MIC LEVEL to MIN.

Connect the microphone (not supplied) to the MIC
jack.

Insert and start playing a stereo disc.

Activate Vocal Masking Mode.

Sing into the microphone.

Adjust the MIC LEVEL and VOLUME.
To cancel the Vocal Masking Mode, select “MIC OFF” in
step 4 or change the source to play.
