Still Picture/Frame-by-Frame Playback
1 To pause a DVD or Video CD picture, press PAUSE 8 on the
remote control during playback.
2 Press PAUSE

repeatedly to advance the still picture one frame at
a time.
3 Press PLAY 2 to resume regular playback.

1 Press DISPLAY during playback. Current information will appear on
the TV screen as in the DVD example below.
2 Press o or p to select an item you want to change, then press 2.
3 Press the number buttons, or o or p to select a setting or to set the
item as you prefer, then press OK.
4 Press DISPLAY to remove the information.

• If you pause a picture for more than 5 minutes,
the screen saver will appear (if it is on). Details
are on page 40.

type of Disc in the Player.
