hole on Closer Arm (FIG.

12. When PLATFORM rests on the

ground, close pressure release
valve on Manual Pump by
turning MANUAL BACKUP
HANDLE clockwise until tight
(FIG. 24-3).

13. If equipped, unfasten SEAT

BELT (FIG. 24-4). Store on
hanger provided.
