3-way Conference
1. During an external call, press the ‘INT’ key to put the external call on hold
2. Enter the number of the handset that you would like to conference with. The called handset
will ring
3. When the handset is answered, press the ‘Menu/OK’ key
4. You will see two Options ‘Conference’ and ‘Switching’ with ‘Conference’ as the first option
5. Press the ‘Menu/OK’ key again to select ‘Conference’
6. You can press the ‘Menu/OK’ key again at any time during the call, use the or key to select
‘Switching’ and press the ‘Menu/OK’ key again to put the External Call on hold and speak
to the Internal Caller. To return to the Conference, press the ‘Menu/OK’ Key, select ‘Conference’
and press the ‘Menu/OK’ key to Conference all 3 parties together again.
7. Either internal product can replace the handset or press the key at any time to leave the
Conference call. The remaining handset will continue to be connected to the external call.
Paging Handsets
If your Cordless handset is not on the base and you need to find it, you can press the page button on
the telephone base.
1.
Press and hold the ‘page all’ button for 3 seconds and any registered handsets will ring and
display ‘Paging’.
2. To stop the paging call, press any key on the handset, or the Cancel key on the telephone
base.
