Install Broadcast Message Router

In the CENTRACOM Elite software setup, note the following steps to
add BMR to the system:
1.
When choosing what components to install, choose Custom.
2.
Choose Broadcast Message Router.
3.
If the BMR is not already installed, during the Custom Install the
user is presented with a reminder to give the service a proper
domain username and password:
