The Last Warning is set as a final alert when you are within a certain number of feet from the POI.
Select
Last Warning
.
Use the numeric keypad to enter the number of feet in which to alert you. When you have 
finished, select 
OK
.
When you have set the parameters as you like, select
Save
.
