Document Jammed in the Feed Area
Open the platen cover.

Open the ADF cover and turn the release knob to remove the jammed document.

MFX-2570 has no release knob. If you cannot remove the jammed document, open the ADF
cover and inner cover to remove it.
Close the platen cover and the ADF cover.

Document Jammed in the Exit Area
Open the platen cover. Gently pull the jammed document.

If you cannot remove the jammed paper in MFX-2570, open the ADF cover and inner cover.

Close the platen cover.
