SERVICING INSTRUCTIONS
REPLACING PARTS
1. GENERAL
1.1 All principal components can be replaced without removing
the stove from its installation, although it will be necessary to
remove the door and steel outer casing in order to access
most components. In order to remove the casing, using the
following procedure:
1.2 Lift off the decorative steel trim see diagram 1 and remove
the 8 screws holding the glass frame. See diagram 2.
1.3 Carefully remove the top blanking plate and cast iron grill
and place to one side. Remove the steel top. If the unit has
been connected to the top exit flue, it will be necessary to
lift and support the grill and steel top whilst removing the
outer steel casing.
1.4 Remove the two front panels as shown. See diagrams 3 and
4.
1.5 Lift the right-hand decorative panel to disengage from its
locating brackets and remove from the stove. See Diagram
4. It may not be necessary to remove the left-hand side.
1.6 This should allow full access to all major components.
