Settings
Change E-mail Mail Settings
1. From the Home screen, touch
Settings > Applications >
E-mail .
2. Select an account.
3. To validate SSL certificates
prior to sending or receiving
e-mail, select the Validate SSL
Certificates check box.
4. Touch Edit Account Settings .
5. Touch Mail Settings .
6. Change the following settings:
User name
Password
Mail Server
Mail Port
Encryption
Mail Protocol
Check Interval
Base Folder •

Change E-mail SMTP Settings
1. From the Home screen, touch
Settings > Applications >
E-mail .
2. Select an account.
3. Touch
Edit Account Settings .
4. Touch SMTP Settings .
5. Change the following settings:
E-mail Address —edit the
e-mail address.
Display Name —enter a
display name. This name does
not have to match your e-mail
address.
SMTP Server , SMTP
Port , SMTP Username ,
SMTP Password , SMTP
Authentication , SMTP
Encryption —enter this
information as provided by
your e-mail account provider.
