Table
To install the table:
1. Position the wood table on the base and
secure with two screws provided.

2. Secure the machine to a suitable work surface
by fastening bolts through the holes provided
in the mortiser’s base. This will eliminate the
possibility of the machine tipping while in use.

Fence
To install the fence:
Insert the fence bar through the hole in the col-
umn.
Figure 4. It may be necessary to back out
the lock knob a few turns so the fence bar will
pass through.
