Prepare to Drill Holes in Caster Steering Arm Weldment
Refer to Figure 12
A new steering arm weldment piece is installed on the
existing caster arm to accommodate the new larger size
tie rod end.
Three holes are drilled (at Step 24) in the existing caster
arm where the new steering arm weldment will be bolted
onto it. Part of the tip of the existing caster arm will be
removed with a torch.
16. Clean off surface of caster weldment .
