Getting Started
Inserting a Memory Card
You can use the following memory cards with the Reader.
Note
 The Reader has separate slots for “Memory Stick Duo” Memory
Card and the SD Memory Card. Be sure to insert the memory card
in the correct slot. Otherwise, you may damage the slot or the
memory card.

* 1 The Reader does not comply with MagicGate standard, and the data
requiring the copyright protection function cannot be copied or played
on the Reader.
* 2 The Reader does not comply with copyright protection of SD Memory
Cards.
* 3 miniSD Card adapter (sold separately) required.
Notes
 Do not remove a memory card from the memory card slot while the
data on the memory card is being edited. Otherwise, edited data
will not be saved.
 Sony’s “Memory Stick Duo” Memory Card of up to 16 GB has been
tested to work with the Reader. For other brand’s “Memory Stick
Duo” Memory Cards, please check compatibility before use.
 SD Memory Card of up to 16 GB has been tested to work with the
Reader; however, not all SD Memory Cards are guaranteed to
work.
