Crankshaft and crankcase
Separate the crankcase halves. Fit tool 502 52 39-01 to the clutch side
of the crankcase as illustrated.
Separate the crankcase halves.
Fit tool 502 52 39-01 as illustrated.
Push out the crankshaft from the
crankcase half. Push out the crankshaft from the
crankcase half.
Remove the bearing and sealing rings
from the crankcase halves. Heat the crankcase halves to approx.
150°C using a hot air gun.
Knock the halves against a wooden
block so that the bearings fall out of
their seats.
Remove the gaskets with a suitable
punch.
