REFUELING
SERVICING YOUR OUTBOARD MOTOR

GROMMET

Push the wire connector onto the
ignition coil. Make sure it locks in
place.
Install the ignition coil. Reinstall
the bolt.
Repeat this procedure for the other
three spark plugs.
Reinstall the covers. When
reinstalling the covers, make sure
not to jam the wire harnesses in
between the covers and engine
case.
Mud guard clip installation:
Press the under cover grommet and
under cover and be sure that they
adhere closely to each other.
Insert the mud guard clips with the
inner part raised off, then push in
the inner part securely until they
click.
Check the fuel level and refill if
neccessary. Do not fill the fuel tank
above the UPPER LIMIT. Refer to
the boat manufacturer’s instructions.
