INSPECTION, MAINTENANCE, AND CLEANING

WARNING! Make sure air compressor is unplugged and that the Air Hammer

is disconnected from its Air Supply before performing any inspection, maintenance,

or cleaning procedures.

2.

BEFORE EACH USE, inspect the general condition of this tool. Check for loose

screws, misalignment or binding of moving parts, cracked or broken parts, damaged

air hoses, and any other condition that may affect its safe operation. If abnormal

noise or vibration occurs, have the problem corrected before further use.

Do not

use damaged equipment.

1. Air supply not connected.
2. Air Regulator (11) not turned up.

1. Check air connection.
2. Turn up Air Regulator (11).

Air Hammer starts

but not enough air

pressure.

Possible leak in air supply system.

Check all hoses, connections on air

compressor and all lines running

to the Air Hammer. Replace any

defective or broken parts.
