4) Press F.FWD/ once or twice. After scanning, the tuner stops on the lowest
memorized channel.
SELECTING THE LANGUAGE
If you want to change the language on the TV screen, follow the steps below:
1) Press MENU button repeatedly so that the INITIALIZE menu appears.
2) Press PLAY/
or STOP/
button repeatedly to point to "LANGUAGE SELECT".
Then, press F.FWD/ button.
3) Select "ENGLISH" or "ESPAÑOL=Spanish" using PLAY/
or STOP/
button.

4) Press MENU button to return to TV mode.
NORMAL PLAYBACK
Make sure...
• Turn on the TV and set the TV channel to the same video output channel as located
on the back of the VCR. (CH 3 or 4)
• Press VCR/TV button so that the VCR/TV indicator on the VCR comes on.
1 Insert a prerecorded tape
Counter mode appears at counter 0:00:00 on the TV screen. If the erase-protection tab
has been removed, the VCR will start playback automatically.
