• Fit the wheel bushings into the center hole in the wheel

(see inset).

• Position the wheel between the shocks.

• Slide the front axle through a shock, a washer, the wheel

(with bushing), another washer and then out through the
other shock.

• Turn the vehicle upright.

• Tighten all four screws in the headlight assembly (assem-

bled in Assembly Step 7 and Assembly Step 8) with a
Phillips screwdriver. Do not over-tighten.

• Fit a cap nut on the end of the front axle.

• Support the opposite end of the front axle and tap the

cap nut with a hammer to secure it on the end of the
front axle. Pull on the cap nut to be sure it is secure.

Assembly

• Fit an exhaust cap to a saddlebag.

• Insert two screws through the inside of the saddlebag

and into the exhaust cap.

• Tighten the screws with a Phillips screwdriver. Do not

over-tighten.

• Repeat this procedure to assemble the exhaust cap to

the other saddlebag.
