Installation of the DC Sparker:
19) Remove the control panel by unscrewing
the 2 screws.
21) Plug up the Piezo hole with the plastic
bushing.
22) Attach the DC sparker generator
connector to the valve with a screw.
23) Remove the stove’s rear panel by unscrew-
ing the two screws.
24) Attach the ground wire to the grounding
stud.
20) First, remove the Piezo Ignition Wire
from the Piezo Ignitor. Then remove the
Piezo Ignitor from the control panel.

12) Pull off the
pilot cap to
expose the
pilot orifi ce.
13) Unscrew the pilot orifi ce with the allen
key and replace with the LP pilot orifi ce
in the kit.
14) Remove burner orifi ce with a 1/2"
wrench and discard. Use another
wrench to hold on to the elbow behind
the orifi ce.
15) Reinstall new burner orifi ce LP stamped
#55 and tighten.
16) Reverse steps 3) to 2).
17) Attach the label "This unit has been
converted to LPG" near or on top of the
serial # decal.
18) Replace yellow "Natural Gas" label with
red "LPG" label.
11) Reassemble the black protection cap
(Fig. 6).
WARNING!
Also check that the pilot and main
burner injectors
are appropriate for the gas type.
