Used to place an intercom call to another handset or base.
 Used for dialing phone numbers and entering alphanumeric 
 information into Phone Directory.
 Emits several sounds to indicate various events or alarms.
 Successful operation
 Failed operation or invalid key. Also, indicates 
 power on / off.
 (every two seconds): 
 Low battery warning.
 (repeat every 30 seconds):
 Indicates a call on-hold.
 (2 seconds): Indicates out of range while 
 in talk mode.
On / O ff for power and to end (hang-up) a call

 Number of bars is proportional to the 
 amount of battery time remaining.
 Answer incoming phone or two-way 
 radio (intercom) call. Place an
 outgoing phone call. 
 This button also acts as the flash 
 button for functions like call waiting 
 and toggling between calls.
 19 button face keypad. 
 Backlight option can be set to O F F, 
 ON, or 8 seconds time out.
