Problems related to USB Flash Drive
Some images do not appear
Check the file format when copying images to the USB flash drive from
a computer.
•
The file format of the images must be JPEG. Do not edit the images,
as this may change their format and prevent them from being
displayed.
•
Videos and still images not captured by the document camera cannot
be played back. Files whose images are not displayed on the
thumbnail screen were not taken with the document camera.
Miracast Problems
Takes time to connect
•
It may take some time to connect. Restart the device you are
connecting to after a while.
•
Check the settings.

Remote Control Problems
Remote control does not work
You may be operating the remote control outside its effective range.
