3. Logon to the Console
Once the hardware connection and the terminal program are ready, power on the
Switch. The terminal program will display the testing procedures of the Switch and
show in Figure 3-1.

After boot up is complete, the “switch>” prompt shows up. Enter “enable” for
further configuration. A prompt then shows up for password, please enter “admin”
to enter. As show in Figure 3-2.
