• PYROLYSIS:
Immediate pyrolysis
Caution
Remove cookware from the oven and
clean up any major spills.
Check that the programmer is displaying the
time of day and that it is not flashing. You can
choose between 3 pyrolysis cycle times:
pyrolysis time 1 hour 30 minutes.
pyrolysis time 1 hour 45 minutes.
pyrolysis time 2 hours.
- Use the knob to select the PYRO mode
(3.1.1).
A key flashes in the display (3.1.2).
- Confirm by pressing the control knob (3.1.3).
Select the pyrolysis cycle time with the control
knob (3.1.4).
Example: pyrolysis cycle of 1h30 (3.1.5).
- Confirm by pressing the control knob (3.1.6).
The pyrolysis cycle begins. The time starts to
count down immediately it is set. During
pyrolysis, the symbol is displayed in the
programmer to indicate that the door is
locked. At the end of the pyrolysis cycle, 0:00
flashes.
When the oven is cool, use a damp cloth
to remove the white ashes. The oven is
clean again and ready for further cooking
operations.
Delayed pyrolysis
- Follow the instructions described in the
“Programming for immediate pyrolysis” section
Before confirming the pyrolysis cycle:
- Press the button
to make the end of
cooking indicator flash (3.2.1).
The end of cooking time symbol flashes to
indicate that it may now be set (3.2.2).
- Using the control knob, adjust the end of
cooking time.
Example: end of pyrolysis at 6 pm (3.2.4).
- Confirm by pressing the control knob (3.2.5).
After these steps have been completed, the start
of pyrolysis is delayed so that it finishes at
18:00.
