3.5. PHASE 4 - ASSEMBLY OF FIRE BED (element 2)
N.B. USE CARE WHEN HANDLING STAINLESS STEEL PARTS TO PREVENT IRREPARABLE
SCRATCHES.
N.B. THE FIRE BED OF THE GUTTUSO CLADDING (IN BOTH THE STAINLESS STEEL AND PIASENTINA
STONE VERSION) MUST BE SUPPORTED DURING ASSEMBLY, SINCE THE WEIGHT OF THE VISIBLE
PART CAUSES THE PIECE TO OVERTURN. IT IS STRONGLY ADVISABLE TO PLACE THE SUPPORTS
UNDER THE FIRE BED TEMPORARILY UNTIL FASTENING IS COMPLETE.
Move the fire bed (element 2) near the counterpart. Perforate the counterpart at the threaded bars (d. 6mm) in
the back part of the fire bed.

Move the fire bed to the counter-wall, inserting the threaded bars in the previously created holes. Fasten the fire
bed using the nuts provided (nuts M6 stainless steel). For greater safety, it is advisable to use 2 nuts for each
threaded bar (nut and locking nut).
When assembly is complete, remove the temporary supports.
