1.1 GENERAL SAFETY
WARNING! Ensure Health & Safety, and local authority regulations
are adhered to when assembling and using this corner moving
system.
Keep the general area where used clean, uncluttered and ensure
there is adequate lighting.
WARNING! use on a level and solid surface such as concrete.
DO NOT use the corner moving system
for any purpose other
than that for which it is designed.
Ensure that the corner movers are properly assembled before
loading.
DO NOT overload the corner movers, 37.5 kgs per corner mover.
We recommend two operators for
heavier loads.
Always push the loaded corner movers as near to bottom of the
load as sensibly practical to avoid tipping hazard.
Always use all 4 corner movers to transport the load.
DO NOT let go of the load whilst in motion.

2. INTRODUCTION

4. ASSEMbLY
4.1 Place the 12 plain washers on to the 12 castor studs (fig.1).
4.2 Wind the castor studs into the 3 captive nuts in the corner
platforms (fig.2). Ensure the castors are tight using "plumbers"
pliers or similar thin nosed grips on to the swivel ball race outer
journal (fig.1).
4.3 Position the rubber pads as in fig.3.

Heavy-duty corner movers manufactured from high quality steel with
a maximum load weight of 150kg. Ideal for moving awkward
rectangular loads and provides increased mobility in locations where
normal material handling equipment cannot be used. Each corner
mover is fitted with three free moving castor wheels for easy
manoeuvrability and fitted with a rubber covered load area to help
secure loads. Ideal for moving items such as cabinets, desks and
much more. sold in sets of four.

6. MAINTENANCE
6.1 check swivel castor integrity regularly. see 4.2.
6.2 Keep clean with moistened cloth and mild detergent.
6.3 smear ball journals with grease if required.
5. OPERATION
5.1 Working on your own (two operators on heavy or tall loads), pivot
the load and with your foot roll the wheeled corner platforms
beneath as shown in fig.4. nest fully and relocate (fig.5).
5.2 remove as loaded and with your feet steady the corner platforms.

recycle unwanted materials instead of disposing of them
as waste. All tools, accessories and packaging should be
sorted, taken to a recycle centre and disposed of in a
manner which is compatible with the environment
When the product is no longer required, it must be disposed
of in an environmentally protective way
