Ak80d, 80 litre mobile oil drainer model

1.1 GENERAL SAFETY

Familiarise yourself with the application, limitations and hazards of the oil drainer.

Maintain the drainer in good condition (use an authorised service agent).

Replace or repair damaged parts. Use genuine parts only. Unauthorised parts may be
dangerous and will invalidate the warranty.

Keep the work area clean, uncluttered and ensure there is adequate lighting.

Keep the drainer clean for best and safest performance.

Maintain correct balance and footing. Ensure the floor is not slippery and wear non-slip shoes.

Keep children and unauthorised persons away from the work area.

DO NOT use the drainer for any purpose other than that for which it is designed.

DO NOT operate the drainer if any parts are damaged or missing as this may cause
failure and/or personal injury.

DO NOT stand on the drainer.

DO NOT allow untrained persons to operate the drainer.

DO NOT operate the drainer when you are tired or under the influence of alcohol, drugs
or intoxicating medication.

When not in use, store in a safe, dry, childproof area.

Dispose of waste oil in accordance with local authority regulations.

4.1.
Place mobile oil drainer under the equipment to be drained. Raise the drain pan (1) beneath the equipments drain valve or vent.
4.2.
When draining is complete, lower the drain pan before removing the drainer.
EMPTYING OIL DRAINER
4.3.
Disconnect the drain pan (1) and the down tube (2) from the reservoir (5).
4.4.
Using the gravity drain tap, dispose of the waste oil.

4. OPERATION
3.1
ASSEMBLY
Note: Numbers in brackets refer to item numbers in Fig 1.
3.2.
Connect drain pan (1) to the height adjustable down tube (2).
3.3.
Insert down tube (2) into the polyethylene reservoir (5) and secure with tightening screw (6).
5.1. Clean the drain pan filter as necessary.
5.2. Clean the inside of the reservoir at regular intervals.
