4.1. dehumidifying

4.1.1.

Place the unit in the area to be dehumidified, making sure that both inlet and outlet grilles (fig.1) are unobstructed.

4.1.2.

once plugged in to the mains supply, switch the machine on (fig.2). the power light (fig.2) will illuminate if all is in order.

4.1.3.

the dehumidifier will now extract moisture from the area in which it is situated.

4.2.

Note: this unit does not act as a chiller. the air being blown from the outlet (front) will be slightly warmer than the ambient air. for this

reason the space in which the machine is working will heat up gradually if no ventilation is present.

4.3.

emptying the drain Tank

4.3.1.

Moisture collected from the atmosphere will collect as water in the drain tank.

4.3.2.

When the drain tank is full, the float switch will stop the motor and the water level light (fig.2) will illuminate.

4.3.3.

to empty the drain tank switch the machine off and slide the tank out carefully, as in fig.3, and dispose of the water.

dO NOT use

the waste water for any other purpose.

4.3.4.

to restart the dehumidifier, return the drain tank carefully to its location in the machine, making sure that it is fully home.

4.3.5.

Wait for at least 3 minutes before switching the dehumidifier on again.
