To avoid any danger, do not use the charger when it is damaged.
Always hold cables by the plug and never pull on the cable itself. Never place the charger,
heavy objects or furniture on a cable and take care that the cables do not become trapped, 
especially at the plug and sockets. Never tie knots in cables and do not tie them to other 
cables. All cables must be laid so that nobody can trip over them or be obstructed by them. A 
damaged mains cable can cause a fire or electric shock. Check the mains cable from time to 
time. The supply cord cannot be replaced. If the cord is damaged the appliance should be 
scrapped. Never use adapter plugs or extension cables that do not comply with the current 
safety regulations in your country, and do not modify any of the mains cables or electrical 
installations yourself! 
This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and persons with 
reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they 
have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and 
understand the hazards involved. Children shall not play with the appliance. Cleaning and 
user maintenance shall not be made by children without supervision. Batteries and small parts 
are potential choking hazards. Keep the rechargeable batteries out of reach. If a battery is 
swallowed, seek medical help immediately. Keep the packaging away from children and 
persons with disabilities. There is a risk of suffocation! 
If you notice any smoke, unusual noises or strange smells, unplug the charger from the mains 
socket. If this occurs, do not continue to use the charger and have it checked by an expert. 
Never inhale smoke from a possible device fire. If you do inadvertently inhale smoke, seek 
medical attention. Smoke inhalation can be damaging to your health. 
Make sure that no fire hazards (e.g. burning candles) are placed on or near the charger. Fire
hazard!
Do not expose the charger to any direct heat sources (e.g. heaters), direct sunlight or artificial
light. The device must not be exposed to spray or dripping water or abrasive liquids. Do not 
use the charger near water. The charger must especially never be immersed (do not place any 
containers containing liquids such as drinks, vases, etc. on the charger). Make sure that the 
charger is not subject to excessive impacts or vibrations. Do not introduce any foreign bodies 
into the device, otherwise the charger can be damaged.
