² These parts are available in an Idler Pulley Kit (Part No. 1-601806). Each kit contains one item each of the referenced item number.
◆ Link assembly must be assembled to 6.89” (or approx. 6 7/8”) length between center of ball joint & center of furthest hole. See diagram on previous page.
★ FMD523 & FMD603 decks with Serial No. 274,506 & above have semi-pneumatic caster tires. FMD523 & FMD604 decks with Serial No. 274,505 & below
have pneumatic caster tires.
o Kit 103-2171 used to install semi-pneumatic casters on machines originally fitted with pneumatic casters. Includes 103-1224 & 103-2169. Order 2 per
machine.
■ Front caster spacer for semi-pneumatic caster tires can be identified by yellow zinc plating.
❖ Bushing for semi-pneumatic caster tires can be identified by a groove on the face.
¡ Requires installation of Micro-Mulch accessory for proper mulching. Mulch kit P/N MK603.
