Safety advice / Before use / Bringing into use
Do not use the product for
drinks!
Fill the device only with liquids at
temperatures of 0 - 40 °C.
Before use
CAUTION! Check that the device is
functioning properly! Check the pressure
sprayer before each use to ensure that it
is free of visible damage and is func-
tioning safely. To do this, carry out the
following tests and inspections:
Check the pressure sprayer for
visible signs of damage
Check the container 5 for visible signs
of damage.
Check the suction hose 18 for visible
signs of damage.
Check the carrying strap 6 for visible
signs of damage.
Check connections
Check that the hose connections are fitted
tightly.
Check that the pipe connections are fitted
tightly.
Check that the pressure sprayer is
tight and leak-free
Pump the empty pressure sprayer to
approx. 2 bar.
The pressure must not fall more than ap-
prox. 0.5 bar in a space of 30 minutes.
Check operation of the safety
valve
Pump the pressure sprayer to approx.
2 bar.
Pull the safety valve 3 up to the stop.
You must be able to hear the pressure
escaping.
Bringing into use
Attaching the spray tube

tube (Fig. B)
Turn the union nut 16 anticlockwise to
release it from the handle 17 . Push the
spray tube 12 into the handle 17 as
far as it will go.
Tighten the union nut 16 by turning it
clockwise.
Note: You can also extend the spray
tube 12 by turning the lock nut 10 anti-
clockwise to release it and then pulling
out the extension. Then retighten the
lock nut
10 (see Fig. B).

Loosen the union nut 15 slightly by turn-
ing it anticlockwise. Insert the spray
tube
12 into the union nut 15 .
Tighten the union nut 15 by turning it
clockwise.
Insert the extension tube 9 into the
union nut 16 .
Tighten the union nut 16 by turning it
clockwise.
