Functional description

The portable, hand-guided lawn trimmer is

powered by an electric motor. The trimmer

features a dual line spool as the cutting

device.

For grass trimming there are two nylon

lines rotating parallel with ground level.

An additional chassis facilitates edge trim-

ming. A hood covering the cutting device

protects the user.

The following describes the functions of

the operating parts.

Extent of the delivery

Carefully unpack the trimmer and check

that it is complete:

• Lawn trimmer

• Two-part protection cover

• 3 cross recessed screws

• Spacing bow (flower protection)

• Additional handle with screw

• 1 replacement string spool

Assembling instructions

Always disconnect the plug be-

fore working on the trimmer and

wait until the cutting lines have

completely stopped. There is the

danger of electric shock and the

possibility of injury by the cutting

lines.

Only use original parts and

always observe the line cutter

during assembly work as the

line cutter ( 13) can cause se-

ries injury!

You can assemble the protection

cover with or without a spacer.

Adding the spacer (optional):

1. Insert the spacer (10) into the

guide provided on the motor

head (7).

Assembling the protection

cover:

2. Join both parts (8a+8b) of the

protection cover together. Fold

the grey part of the protection

cover (8b) downwards (see

small Fig).

3. Apply the protection cover (8) to

the motor head (7) (see applica-

tion position

).

Ensure that the cutting strings

are not clamped in.

4. Secure the protection cover (8)
