Proper Use

The Planter Set is intended for indoor use.

Commercial use is prohibited.

Safety information

• The device must not be used by people

(including children) with limited physical,

sensory or mental faculties or who lack

the necessary experience and/or

knowledge - other than they are super-

vised by a person responsible for safety

or are being instructed to operate the

appliance by such a person.

• Children must be supervised in order

to ensure that they do not play with the

equipment.

• Do not use the device in direct

proximity of a bathtub, shower or

swimming pool..

• The power cord for this device cannot

be replaced. If the cord is damaged,

discard the device.

Never submerge this device in

water. Injury may occur from

electrocution.

Function

With its built-in heating system, the Planter

Set provides even heat distribution for your

seedlings.

The adjustable vent on the cover lets you

regulate the climate inside each box.

Operation

• Fill the trays (2a) with soil.

• Plant the seeds.

• Cover the seeds with a small

amount of soil. Press down lightly

on the soil.

• Moisten the soil with water.

There should be no standing

water in the underlying tray (1).

• Place the clear cover (2b) on

the tray (2a).

• You can place the cover (2b) on

the tray (2a) from above or slide

it on from the open side of the

tray.

Caution: Sliding the cover onto

the tray can damage seeds

later, after seedlings have

already sprouted.

• After first, close the air hole (5)

to maintain maximum humidity

inside the planter box (2a/b).

• Connect the planter set´s built-in

heater to a power source using the

plug (7).

• Should you need to rewater, first

remove the cover (2b). Moisten the

soil, making sure not to overwater.

Although excess water will flow

out through the drainage holes (3),

in general you should avoid water

build-ups.

• As soon as seedlings appear, you

may reduce the humidity level. To

do so, slide the adjustable vent (5)

to the left or right to partially open

the air hole (4).

• You can open the air hole (4)

gradually and eventually

remove the cover (2b) com-

pletely as needed.
