The pan is for heating foodstuffs

on gas, electric, halogen and

ceramic hobs. It is not intended for

induction hobs. The product is for

private use only.

handle may become hot during

cooking. For your safety, use a

potholder or barbecue gloves.

Never use the pan if the handle

is loose. Retighten the screw

joint of the handle if necessary.

Pots and pans in which fat is

being heated up must never be

left unattended. Fat can very

quickly overheat and ignite.

Never try to extinguish a fat fires

with water. Cover the flames with

a pot/pan lid or a thick cloth.

Use heat resistant plastic or

wooden kitchen utensils in order

not to damage the non-stick

coating. Do not cut food directly

in the pan.

¾

Do not place meat which is still

dripping with liquid into hot fat.

The fat splattering out on to a

hot hob could easily cause a fire.

¾

To avoid heat loss, choose a

hotplate with a diameter that

matches the diameter of the pan.

¾

The pan is suitable for keeping

dishes warm inside the oven

(max. 150°C for 1 hour) (but the

wooden spatula is not).

¾

Frequently cleaning of the pan

with harsh cleaners may damage

it and can cause discoloration.

¾

Not suitable for dishwasher.

¾

For washing the pan by hand, use

hot water with a little ordinary

washing-up liquid. Avoid using

sharp or pointed objects for

this in order not to damage the

coating.
