Save energy! To avoid heat loss, choose a
hotplate with a diameter that matches the
diameter of the product.
CAUTION! FIRE DANGER! If the
food liquid evaporates completely
the food will scorch. The food gets
uneatable and may ignite.
Clean the product after used.
For washing the product, use hot water with a
little ordinary washing-up liquid. Avoid using
sharp or pointed objects for this in order not to
damage the product.
Do not use harsh scouring agents.
FOOD-SAFE! This product has no
adverse effect on taste or smell.
Do not use the product if it is damaged.
Use
Before first use, remove any stickers or labels
from the article and rinse it in hot water.
Boil water in the product two or three times in
order to completely remove any residues
remaining from the manufacturing process.
Lightly grease cooking surfaces of the product.
Never heat the product if it is empty.
Heat up the food at a higher / medium heat
setting and then let it cook at a lower heat
setting until ready.
Cleaning and care
Under no circumstances should you use hard
objects, wire wool and / or aggressive or abra-
sive cleaning agents such as chlorine bleach.
This product is suitable for dishwasher.
For washing the product, use hot water with a
little ordinary washing-up liquid.
Food residues that have become stuck to the
pots should first be soaked in water and then
removed using a wooden scraper, sponge or
brush, if necessary.
Check the product regularly for damage.
From time to time minerals in the water may give
rise to stains on or discolouring of the product.
They can be removed by rubbing half a lemon
over the affected areas. Stubborn stains can be
removed with a mixture of nine parts water to
one part vinegar.
Hard water and some foodstuffs can give rise
to calcium deposits on or discolouration of the
product. To remove these residues, boil a mixture
of water and vinegar in the product at regular
intervals. Remove any stubborn residues using
a special cleaner. Special cleaners are available
from specialist cleaning material or DIY shops.
Disposal
The packaging is made entirely of
recyclable materials, which you may
dispose of at local recycling facilities.
Contact your local refuse disposal authority for more
details of how to dispose of your worn-out product.
