Installing the USB printer driver software
Don’t install the printer driver software that came with your printer. You
can’t use this driver software with your USB/Parallel adapter. However, you
can use the USB printer software to connect the printer to your computer via
the parallel port, if you want.
Note:
If you install the printer driver software by mistake, see page 20 for
instructions on deleting the driver’s INF file.

Restart your computer. Then turn on the USB hub (if you’re using one)
and your EPSON printer. You see the Add New Hardware Wizard
screen.

Insert the USB Printer Software CD-ROM in your CD-ROM drive.

Click Next. At the next screen, select Search for the best driver for
your device and click Next.
