Refer to tire side wall for correct tire pressure.

Tongue Weight Adjustment

Approximate Tongue Weight for Best Towing.

Tongue weight too high, move the axle assembly forward. Tongue

weight too low, move the axle assembly backward. Tongue weight

should be 5% to 7% of the total gross weight of the boat and

trailer combined.

Final Assembly Instructions for the PWC2013W

Winch:

Mount the winch post weldment (Ref.#49) to the winch

mounting channels on the frame. The winch post weldment can be

adjusted to the winch mounting channels to best fit your particular

water vehicle. Also notice the winch post weldment is also

adjustable. When the desired position has been determined secure

the winch post weldment to the winch mounting channel with two

(2) 3/8” X 3-3/4” hex bolts and two (2) 3/8” flange lock nuts.

Axle:

Install the spring bushings (Ref.#1) in the rear of the spring

brackets with 9/16” X 3-1/4” hex bolts and 9/16” flange lock nuts.

Position the axle under the trailer with spring eye to the front.Slip

the spring in the rear of the spring bracket and fasten the front

spring eye to the front spring bracket with 1/2” X 3-1/4” hex bolts

and 1/2” flange lock nuts.

Mount the tire and rim assemblies with 1/2” lug nuts and tighten

to 80-90 ft./lbs. of torque.

Walk Board:

Mount the front walk board bracket (Ref.#75) to the front of the

frame using two (2) 3/8” X 5” carriage bolts and secure with 3/8”

lock washers and 3/8” hex nuts. Mount the back walk board plates

(Ref.#76) to the middle and rear crossmembers using 3/8” X 3-1/2”

carriage bolts and securing with 3/8” flange lock nuts. Mount the

walk board (Ref.#50) to all three (3) walk board mounting brackets

just installed using six (6) #10 X 1-1/2” ph pts screws (Ref.#18).

NOTE: Mount the walk board to the brackets with the six (6)

screws from the underside of the trailer up through the walk board.

Bunks:

Slide the 3/8” X 3-7/16” X 3” square u-bolts (Ref.#15) over the

rear crossmember with the threads of the square u-bolt’s facing out

the rear of the trailer. Place the adjustment bunk brackets

(Ref.#72) on the square u-bolt and secure with 3/8” lock washers

and 3/8” hex nuts. Place the bunk assemblies on top of the

adjustable bunk brackets just installed. Secure the bunk assem-

blies using a 3/8” X 1” hex bolts and 3/8” flange lock nuts.

Secure the opposite end of the bunk assemblies to the front

crossmember by sliding a 3/8” X 3-7/16” X 3”square u-bolt’s

(Ref.#15) over the threads of the square u-bolt’s facing the front of

the trailer. Secure with 3/8” lock washers and 3/8” hex nuts. Place

the adjustable bunk bracket (Ref.#72) over the top of the adjust-

able bunk bracket just installed and secure with 3/8” X 1” hex bolts

and 3/8” flange lock nuts. Repeat the previous steps to mount the

remaining bunks.

NOTE: The tie-down brackets on bunks must be positioned at

the rear of the trailer.
