5.3 VIT
Mode
The BDS-6464 may be configured to switch in different vertical intervals, depending on the video format
that is applicable. This may be either PAL or NTSC.
NTSC (525/60) and PAL (625/50) have different Vertical Intervals. Switching in line 6 in PAL means
switching in line 8 in NTSC. The PAL line 6 switching is not recommended for NTSC, but the NTSC line
10 setting may be used also for PAL.
Switch 7 on the configuration switch SW A selects the VIT mode.
The VIT Mode can be switched according to the following pattern:
